Official Launch of The Kenco FS1 Commodore Strut Insert a Success
The Official Launch of The Kenco FS1 Commodore Strut Insert at The 2016 Kings Royal was a major success on all levels.
The Launch seen an Auction of The Kenco FS1-001, the first official strut off the production line, with all money raised going to Beyond Blue. The Auction took place at the very successful Kings Royal Calcutta/Diner with 400 people in attendance. The Auction set a cracking pace with The Manger of Kenco Racing Kent Shelford winning the race with a bid of $450, $61 Higher then the RRP of $389.
The Kenco Racing Products Team had all of their Products on Display over the weekend with much interest in the new strut insert and some very positive feedback about the product.
We caught up with the manager of Kenco Racing, Kent Shelford, on Night 3 of The Kings Royal for a chat about the Launch and the weekend. "We have had a great weekend and it is a real credit to all involved to stage such a successful event which will only get better. As far as the launch, it has been a real success and really highlighted to our company the research we are conducting into what people want out of a product is achieving our goals. The Auction was very satisfying and FS1-001 is very special as i personally steered the project and has been a journey that i will unlikely to forget. To win it back and have the chance to give the money to real good cause was a highlight of the weekend. I would really like to thanks The South Burnett Speedway Club, Speedway Sedans Australia, Beyond Blue and all who personally helped make this such a great success."
